Key metrics for  our success are; talent attraction and retention (theirs and ours), building a joint vision through curated workplace experiences, consistent program delivery, and improved growth and profit  ,leverage the strong culinary, communication, hospitality, operational  and financial skills to partner with key stakeholders (operations, nutrition, marketing, behavioral science, concept development, procurement, risk management, workplace and people) to promote the highest standards, exceed client expectations and enhance user experience.

  • Designs and develops food service programs and initiatives  
  • Communicates solutions to clients and internal audiences, engaging with others to share information and expand/deepen knowledge canters.
  • Develops innovative curated food experiences and content that augments client talent strategy 
  • Contributes to the development and ongoing refinement of regional and global guidelines on menu, nutrition, menu items, and service standards.
  • Key contributor to design of new food spaces, expert in evaluating challenges and offering solutions.


  • Works with procurement to consolidate the supply chain and ensure the right products are being used for the right application.
  • Creates and manages a training program that is leading in the market and a tool to attract and retain talent, developing from within and connecting to the wider culinary teams in regions.
